It comes pre-rigged with the swivel, 80lb line, qty 3 #4 plugs, qty 1 #6 plug, hook, and crimped connections.  The larger size plug is at the rear of the chain with the smaller plugs in front of it in a line.  The only one with a hook is the #6 in the rear of the chain.
